Join us on Tuesday, June 29th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Ridgemont Country Club for a DIY Workshop with Hammer & Stain! 

How it Works:  Choose any project from the selections.  When you arrive, the wood round will be unfinished and the one-time use stencil will be cut with your pre-ordered custom design. You will be able to choose your own colors for the wood and stencil from our large selection of stain and paint. The designs on our site are only examples and do not reflect YOUR final product. 

If you can not attend the workshop, a take home kit is available and can be picked up from Ridgemont Country Club after 6/29.  The kit will include all supplies and step by step instructions needed for you to complete the project on your own. 

How to Register:

1. Choose your design from the drop down menu

2. Add personalization in the box ONLY IF that design shows it.  Please do not include it if the design doesn't show a name, est. date, etc. 

3. Add any optional accessories or upgrades to your project  

4, Note in the comment box if you will be picking up a kit and list your color choices (see color charts in photos)

5. Agree to the terms and check out

Project Add-Ons: (Optional)

This 12" Rounds is super versatile! Hang it on the wall, put on some handles and turn it into a serving tray or add a Lazy Susan for a beautiful table centerpiece.  Either way you won't be disappointed with any of these additions to your project.

Upgrade the 12” round board to an 18" round for an additional $15

* In the event this fundraiser has to be canceled or rescheduled, we will contact you about a take home kit.  There will be no refunds *

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
